To the still uninitiated, hands up those of you who still remember your lessons from your early school days. Who can remember their physical hygiene lessons? Surely you haven’t forgotten them already?
They were so basic and simple rules were easy to follow. In order to build good, strong and healthy gums, you were always told to eat fruit, particularly those juicy and crunchy apples. And, of course, you were told to brush your teeth regularly. You were also told that you needed your protein to help you build those strong bones and muscles to help you grow and function at your best later on in life.
